Having felt compelled to be prepared for whatever may come my way at a very early age I feel even more so now. I can not pin down this almost overwhelming desire to any particular event or even my time as a Boy Scout. Perhaps it is a culmination of different events or an integral part of the spirit I was born with. Along with this desire comes the responsibility to communicate my experience and the things that I have learned to others who also feel the same inspiration.
The purpose of this site is to provide you with information about what I have learned, my experience, and what my motivations are as a Prepared Guy. I have always felt driven to be ready for any situation by something powerful deep inside me. Being prepared has always served me well. I feel compelled to help others do the same.
